Here is the WOD that we all did on Day 1 and will do again on the last day of the Paleo challenge:
5 Rounds:
5 Handstand Push-Ups
5 Overhead Squats (75#)
then
25 Wall Balls (14#)
then
6 Rounds:
6 Pull-Ups
6 Front Squats
then
36 Burpees
I used a 10# plate for my handstand pushups. Hopefully those will be full range of motion by the end of this 8 weeks.
